This newly remodeled unit is located in the attic of the Historic McFarland House, built in 1857 in the community that bears its name. Nestled in our small suburban downtown, this unit is perfect for travelers visiting the Madison area or nomads making a pit stop in the mid-west. Only 8mi to campus or a quick commute to the capitol, McFarland is an easy exit off multiple highways and interstates.

Guest access

Guests have access to the front and back yards/patios. Parking is located directly in front of the McFarland House, the public parking lot to the south, or in the small alleyway at the rear of the property.

The McFarland House is located just south of Madison, WI. Travel times to downtown vary based on day and time, but generally a commute is 20mins.

Magnolia House

Cozy 3BR 1900’s bungalow with beautiful backyard. Step into the Magnolia style living and dining room with decorative crown molding and new floors. The space

You have access to the entire home and private yard. There is a small gas fireplace, grill, and Adirondack chairs for socializing in the yard. Upstairs is a small attic with two twin beds, low ceilings and a fairly steep staircase. Not suitable for small children.
